Make some time in your schedule to recharge and relax! This is a slow-paced class, where poses are held for longer periods of time (three to five minutes per pose is typical) and props are used. 

Yin yoga is a great practice for improving flexibility in the body and for increasing circulation to the joints. It works on releasing constrictions in the connective tissue, ligaments, and tendons that support the joints. People with less mobility may find this a great class as there is no dynamic, faster paced movement. Perfectly suited for anyone with busy schedules, who would like to deeply relax and still the mind. If you’re looking for BALANCE, to connect with your breath and the deeper layers of yourself, this class is for you!

Clubbercise classes are taught HERE in Royston at the Coombes Centre on Monday nights from 7:40 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Classes are taught in a darkened room filled with disco lights dancing along to massive club tunes, to make this even more fun participants get flashing glow sticks. This non-judgment class is suitable for every fitness level which includes a combination of toning, cardio, and combat that can burn up to 600 calories per class and you wouldn’t even know it (exercise in disgust).
