Our pricing structure is quite complex as we have varying rates for charities, volunteer groups and commercial use.

Team Building Exercises, Training, First Aid, Committee Meetings, AGM’s, Conferences, Promotional Days, Presentations, Award ceremonies, Over 60’s Groups, Child’s Music Classes, adult band practise sessions, Majorettes practise, local organisation meetings, Art, Textiles, Playgroup, Children’s parties with magicians and entertainers, children’s art and craft sessions, sports like short mat bowls, badminton, table tennis, exercise like yoga, pilates, chair yoga, Taichi, language classes for Spanish, French and Italian, mental health support and relaxation classes, Garden Hospice for Cancer and Parkinson Society Dance sessions, NCT courses and exercise for new mums with Sweaty Mamas, community church groups, drop in café, craft fairs, blood doning, polling station, repair café sessions – in fact, just about anything…

On the Ground Floor

SPORTS HALL
Ideal for a Party or Sports Activity, a large versatile room, with easy access and direct access to the kitchen with its own lift up hatchway. Ample power sockets and suitable for up to 200 adults (150 seated).  The tall badminton hall ceiling is ideal for indoor bouncy castle parties for young children too.
HARRIS ROOM
A bright, comfortable, carpeted room, with plenty of light, easy flat entrance and direct access to the kitchen with its own lift up hatchway. Furnished with upholstered chairs and easily folded tables. Suitable for up to 40 adults. Free hire of the kitchen is included. This room is ideal for parties for very young children.
UNDER 5’s ROOM – 
The under 5’s area has its own toilets and kitchenette (sink, fridge, kettle). A carpeted area and tiled area, tables and chairs. It is light and airy and cheery with children’s pictures and decorations from the Rainbow Playgroup held in their each weekday. It is available for hire out of term time, but not for children’s parties.
 

Male, female and Disabled Toilets are easily accessed from any of the rooms and a kitchen is available for use by hirers of the Main Hall and / or Harris Room

RETREAT ROOM
A meeting room suitable for 25 people. Tables & chairs. Ideal for meetings or activities. Currently used by children’s music groups and language group, as well as several regular committee meetings. Toilets are available via the Coombes Room or downstairs.  Has it’s own hot and cold water machine for refreshments.
COOMBES ROOM
suitable to up to 80 people – ideal for training sessions, conferences and meetings. Available daily and evenings. Ideal for gatherings after funerals, baby naming celebrations or Christening parties. The room has a small kitchen attached and direct access to toilets and is fully air conditioned.
COOMBES MEETING ROOM
A small meeting room suitable to up to 10 people which is an extension to the Coombes Room – ideal for small meetings and 1 to 1 meetings can be added to the Coombes room by opening the double doors.  Also air conditioned
